We offer free shipping on orders above 90€ in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. For orders below 90€ or other locations standard shipping costs apply and are shown at checkout.
We have the possibility to ship to United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway but the customer is responsible for any fees that might apply, please write to info@bemona.co to get more information.
Average delivery time is 1-3 days in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland and 3-8 days to the European countries. This is only an average estimation, and some deliveries can take longer. All delivery estimates are calculated at the time of placing and confirming order can be subject to change. In any case, we will do our best to contact you and advise if any changes.
Once you have confirmed your order, it might not be possible to edit or cancel it. If you want to change some parameters such as Name, Addresses, etc., please us to info@bemona.co with your order number to get further support. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates and to the extent permitted by law accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delay, for Products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date.
Ownership of the Products will only pass to you after we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges and taxes, and deliver the Products to the carrier.
When will my order ship?
Your order will be processed and shipped within one business day of the order being placed. You will receive an email once we have handover it to the carrier.
Will you ship to an international P.O. Box?
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Can you adjust the value of my order?
No. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package content.
